A tech person from microsoft actually did some file transfers for me, but I don't want to keep bothering them. I'll keep looking, and I get it that it's probably right under my nose, but actually it's been days now and I don't see it. I don't see any other name - don't see it anywhere. I thought each would take the name of the email I linked them to so each would clearly have a different name. But it is hard to know - both just seem to be taking the name of the computer. I thought one was a Microsoft 365 Family and the other Microsoft 365 Business Standard. I guess I have two one drive accounts - at least it looks that way. Should be quick, easy, efficient - right? I mean, common sense is that a person would buy the cheaper one drive, see how they like it and common sense that it could be easily upgraded to the Business Standard - right? But I heard (and I must be wrong) that Family can't be upgraded to Business Standard!

ONE DRIVE MICROSOFT OFFICE HOW TO
Maybe you can also tell me how to transfer files. So I bought Business Standard - thinking surely that would be better. The Family one drive was very disappointing - thought I was to get 1 TB, but was told I was over at 5.83 GB - 0.83 over my 5 GB limit. Is it possible to have personal one drive and business standard one drive up at the same time - so as to transfer files? If I can't have both at the same time, how do I sign out of personal Family one drive so I can sign into my business standard one drive? There is no name icon in the upper right? I thought I saw one in the past.
